The Global Foundation
Mission Statement

In 1998, The Global Foundation was launched as a citizen’s organization
committed to enhancing Australia’s future in a global context. Now, nearly ten
years later, sustained entirely by a membership of 200 prominent Australian
and global corporations, universities and citizens, and linkages that reach out
across Australia and the world, The Global Foundation has established itself as a
respected, independent facilitator on issues facing Australia and the world.
Our mission is to bring together the expertise and influence of eminent people from
within Australia and around the world for the common purpose of encouraging
Australia’s sustainable national development in a global context.
